I am so happy and appreciative of how quickly Nicci was able to sell my sister’s condo. Within a week of contacting her the condo was photographed and listed with offers well above asking price! Her communication and responsiveness was excellent allowing me to be fully informed and able to do all the transactions remotely from out of state. As a first time Personal Representative of an estate I was fearful of the whole process! Nicci alleviated all my concerns and handled everything effectively of which I am truly grateful.

Honestly, there’s not enough words to express my satisfaction with this company. I was fortunate enough to work with Nicci Garmon Gillespie. WOW! What a fabulous agent!! She went above and beyond the duties of a Real Estate Agent. I won’t go into all of the details of the chaos caused by our lender, but I will say that she was phenomenal to help us out. It feels a little silly to give someone perfect scores, but Nicci really did exceed all of our expectations. We had done plenty of homework, but she was still able to give us tons of great information, show us some properties we had missed, and get us a great contract on our first home. Her speed to respond was great, even off hours, and after the sale. If you need a friendly agent with amazing knowledge, Nicci is your gal!

Nicci was fantastic to work with. We looked at over 40 homes based on some special circumstances with my Mother-in-law being in a wheel chair and moving in with us. She found a custom built home with door frames and great access to meet all of our needs. We purchased the home first and trusted her that we would sell our home (which she did in 24 hours) we actually had 3 offers. She then sold my Mother-in-law’s Condo in 2-weeks all of this happened over about a 6 month time frame. She was incredible in helping us locate the right home and staging our home to sell quickly. Her professional approach and photographs as well as suggestions made all the difference. She genuinely cares about her clients and treats you like family! I highly recommend Nicci to anyone buying or selling a home!
