Code of Ethics

According to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, cooperating brokers must confirm the terms of compensation before accepting an offer of cooperation from a listing broker.To receive the offered compensation, cooperating brokers need to confirm the offer of cooperation in writing. This confirmation can be done using an approved Missouri REALTORS® form or through another written communication with the listing agent.

Discrepancy of Information

Both the buyer and seller retain the right to modify any offer of compensation through either a formal offer or an executed contract. In the event of a discrepancy between the terms agreed upon by the buyer and seller and any information provided on this site, the written agreement between the buyer and seller shall take precedence in determining the terms of compensation.
