Nathan Castle was born in Columbia, Missouri, into a family of builders and farmers. His father was a developer, builder and farmer in Columbia, Missouri. Nathan's grandfather was a farmer and his great grandfather was a builder, they both raised their families in Marshall, Missouri. Nathan grew up working on the family farm and in the family construction business. He worked on most of the family rental properties.
As Nathan aged he experienced a more in depth aspect of the building process, from the footings to the roof. Nathan's specialty was trim carpentry. For ten years Nathan lived and worked in Kansas City, Missouri, where his valuable people skills grew. His personality, the way he cares for people and his communications skills give him a significant edge.
Upon returning to Columbia, Nathan managed and maintained rental properties. This grew his education and experience with decision making, dealing with people and making the right choices. While managing rental properties he began investing in and selling real estate. Growing up in Columbia through the good years and tough years gives Nathan an understanding of the ups and downs that can occur in the real estate market.
