Meet Tyler, a dedicated real estate agent in Columbia, MO. He holds a degree in marketing and graphic design from Utah Tech University in Southern Utah and has worked for over 7 years as a marketing manager for a home builder, keeping up with the latest advertising techniques in the ever-changing market.

After relocating to Columbia, Tyler expanded his marketing skills by working for another home builder while transitioning into the selling side of real estate. Whether you are looking for a home already on the market or want to explore building options, Tyler can help you achieve your real estate goals.

When not working, Tyler loves spending time outdoors, engaging in activities such as swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming with his dog, Mia. He also enjoys visiting local wineries to sip on a glass of wine.

If you need a first-class realtor, Tyler Marsing is your guy. Throughout our home buying journey, Tyler worked tirelessly to find us our forever home. I can’t tell you how many late night texts we sent him asking him about houses or to set up a showing. He would always respond immediately.

Being from out of town, it was hard to be able to come and see houses. So we had to often give Tyler short notice and never once did he fail to deliver. I am sure we tested his patience multiple times, and each time we would meet he would be there to greet us with a smile and go the extra mile to deliver a great experience.

I don’t write many reviews, but I am happy to do so in this case. Tyler is excellent and has perfected his craft. When you think of what a perfect realtor should be like, I think Tyler sets the bar. I can’t truly thank him enough for helping our family with our move to Columbia.

At first, he was our realtor, but hopefully he will be a longtime friend we can share a bottle of wine with. My wife and I certainly recommend his expertise and will be referring anybody we know looking for a house to him.
